Mobile phone number: When you register for Leyi Anyi Vision as an individual, we need to collect your mobile phone number information to meet the network real name system requirements of relevant laws and regulations. If you use third-party login methods to log in to our products (such as QQ and WeChat), you will need to provide your phone number. Refusal may result in your inability to log in properly.

2. Location information: After logging into the software, you can connect and bind smart terminal products through sound wave network configuration. When you configure your network, you need to authorize us to obtain your 'location permission', obtain a list of WiFi networks in your current location, and enable your device to connect to the WiFi network you have selected. If you refuse to grant us location permission, it may cause the device to be unable to perform network distribution normally.

3. Device identifier information: When binding smart terminal devices, we need to collect your device identifier information (device's IMEI number, device hardware model, IP, MAC address, android_id, SD card, etc.) to obtain the binding status of the device (whether it has been bound by other account numbers). Device identifier information is a unique product basic information that must be collected to bind the product and further provide you with basic services such as preview, video storage, and value-added services.

4. Cloud Video: Our video products (such as smart cameras) come with value-added services such as cloud video playback and cloud video alerts. When you activate these services, your video information will be uploaded to the cloud for easy viewing at any time. These videos will be stored on our server, and we will encrypt your video information to ensure that it will not be leaked.

5. SMS verification code: When you use the verification code to log in, we will obtain the verification code from your SMS for account login. If you copy the SMS verification code, share or receive the shared password information, the cut version information will only be processed on your device, and we will not store your cut version information for any purpose.

6. Message push: To ensure that you receive messages from our devices in a timely manner, we provide you with push services. You can choose to use or not to use. We will not collect your personal information using this feature. If you need to disable it, you can find our application in "Settings" - "Applications and Permissions" to disable the push function, which depends on the phone system. Turning it off will result in you being unable to receive device messages, such as when the camera detects someone moving or other messages.

7. Device sharing: We support you to share your smart device with others through our application account and WeChat. After sharing, the recipient can also control the smart device. In order to enjoy this feature, we may collect your account ID, the shared account ID you provide, and the shared device information (device ID, device name, IP address, device verification key, device sharing status), to provide you with the function of sharing the device with other users who use our application account for joint control and use, and to display the sharing status on the device list page.

8. Intelligent hardware upgrade and application upgrade: In order for you to continue enjoying our latest services, we may use the version information and phone model of your application to provide you with application upgrade services. At the same time, we may collect a list of connected smart devices and version number information to provide you with upgrade capabilities for smart devices, ensuring that you can use the latest versions of services (including firmware versions).

9. Camera permissions: When you use the scan function, you need to access your camera permissions. You can also choose to reject, as rejecting may affect your use of this feature.

10. Microphone permission: In order to enable easy access and use of microphone devices, you need to choose to enable permission. This permission is mainly used for voice intercom function.

11. Third party SDK: Some services need to be provided jointly by us and our partners, such as message push, etc. Therefore, we have integrated our partners' software tool development kits (referred to as "SDKs") or other similar applications. 12. Self start: When you use the message reminder/push function of this APP, in order to ensure timely notification of messages, we need to use the self start service so that message reminders can be pushed normally. If you want to turn off the self start function, it may cause messages to not be pushed normally. You can turn off the self start function in Settings - Applications - Self start Management

13. SD card local storage permissions: (1) Additional services based on reading and writing to external storage cards: After enabling local storage permissions, you can use this function to upload your photos/images/videos, to achieve functions such as sharing, communicating with customer service, and providing proof; (2) Local storage permission: To use the video caching function, you need to obtain storage permission, which facilitates downloading videos, taking photos, changing avatars, or storing photos; (3) To ensure the current video data is stored and stored, read and write local storage permissions are required, including deleting content from the SD card and reading content from the SD card

3、 Revoke your consent or authorization

You can access the permission management interface for your authorization of Leyi Anyi Vision software through the local "Settings ->Permission Management ->Leyi Anyi Vision" option on your mobile phone, and withdraw your authorization and consent to Leyi Anyi Vision. Please understand that each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed. When you withdraw your consent or authorization, we cannot continue to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawal of consent or authorization, nor will we process your corresponding personal information.

4、 Cancel personal account

If you wish to cancel your EasyVision account, as the cancellation operation will prevent you from using our products and services, please proceed with caution. We will consider your use of our products or services to determine whether we support your cancellation request in order to protect your or others' legitimate rights and interests. For example, if there are still devices in use in your account, we will not be able to immediately support your request. You can contact us through the methods provided in Chapter 7 of this Privacy Policy to request the cancellation of your personal account. We will provide a response within 15 working days. Please note that if you choose to cancel your Leyi Anyi Vision personal account, your Leyi Anyi Vision personal account will be unusable and relevant personal information will be cleared.
